Step 1 - Intake meeting / call:
This is a brief introductory meeting to understand the scope and nature of your project. We’ll discuss your specific needs, the size and complexity of the space, and the overall goals. Whether it's a conceptual project without fixed design, or a full interior design project with complete furniture, finish, and color selections, this conversation will help determine the best path forward.
Step 2 - Preparing the Quote:
Based on the information gathered during the intake meeting, I will prepare a detailed quote tailored to your project’s scope and requirements. Once the quote is reviewed and approved, we can move forward and begin the design process.
Step 3 - 3D model prep:
To start prepraring the 3D model for rendering, I will need some information from you:
Complete floorplans with dimentions
Furniture plans
Furniture selection
Material selection
Colour selection
Floor selection
3D Models
Lighting plans
Step 4 - Feedback round:
Once the 3D model is complete, we’ll schedule a meeting or call to review the design together. This is a key step in the process to ensure the renderings align with your vision. You’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments, such as refining colors, finishes, or adding any missing elements. Even if it’s a conceptual project without fixed furniture or finishes, this review allows you to fine-tune the design so it clearly communicates the desired style and atmosphere to your clients.
